Addressing the media, the minister alleged that leaders including KCR, KTR, and Harish Rao, had associations with Raghava Constructions. He further claimed that a sum of ₹1 crore was received under the guise of party funding.

According to Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, by 17/11/2022, roads had been laid and infrastructure such as sheds had been put in place at the site. He questioned the role of the then government, asserting that the same leadership was in authority at that time.
