Results Declaration at 2 PM
The Telangana education department has confirmed the release of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or Class 10 annual examination results. The results are scheduled to be announced tomorrow at 2 PM, with officials having completed all necessary arrangements.
This year, approximately 5.15 lakh regular students appeared for the board examinations across the state. The announcement comes earlier than the initially anticipated schedule, which was the first week of May.
New WhatsApp Service for Students
In a new initiative for this academic year, the SSC Board has introduced a facility for students to receive their results directly on WhatsApp. This feature is an extension of the service that previously allowed students to download their hall tickets via the messaging platform.
Students who had downloaded their hall tickets using WhatsApp will automatically receive their results memo on their registered mobile number. This is a first-of-its-kind feature introduced by the board to streamline access to results.
How to Access Results on WhatsApp
Students who did not use the service for their hall tickets can also access their results on WhatsApp. They need to send a 'Hi' message to the official number 80969 58096.
Following the initial message, they will be prompted to type 'SSC Results' and then enter their hall ticket number and other required details. The result will then be displayed on the screen within the WhatsApp chat.
Exam and Evaluation Timeline
The Class 10 annual examinations in Telangana began on March 14 and concluded on April 13. The evaluation process for the answer sheets was completed by April 23, enabling the board to prepare and declare the results ahead of schedule.
